Legitimate Leadership has operated in the United States since its inception; but until 2024, it has not had a full-time presence.
Legitimate Leadership USA is dedicated to supporting American organizations make the shift from Taking to Giving and cultivating human excellence. By establishing Legitimacy, Trust, Contribution and Accountability, we transform leaders, employees and teams within an organization to realize the best in themselves. The model is applicable in organizations of any size and in any sector.
